Leidos is seeking a Targeting Analyst for a dynamic and impactful role within our Northern Virginia operations. The Analyst will engage in network and target development while autonomously producing lead reports critical to our mission. The successful candidate will be adept at managing large datasets through automation and advanced machine learning models to predict scenarios and provide actionable intelligence. This role requires a high level of self-direction with comprehensive support and tracking conducted through OneNote.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced analytical techniques and methodologies to generate all-source intelligence products and target development packages.
• Manipulate and analyze data using Microsoft Excel, employing formulas to draw meaningful insights.
• Read, interpret, and process intelligence reports from various disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data).
• Present findings and strategic intelligence briefings to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
• Use tools such as Palantir for comprehensive intelligence and target package creation.
• Work independently while coordinating with a team for tracking progress and insights via OneNote.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to brief senior level managers effectively and efficiently.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and within a team environment, ensuring all intelligence is accurately tracked and recorded in OneNote.
• Experience with Boolean search methodologies, selectors, and analyzing reporting traffic.
• Proficiency in using targeting tools and manipulating data within Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
